Non Destructive Testing

Non-destructive testing (NDT) is a wide group of analysis techniques used in industry to evaluate the properties of a material, component or system without causing damage. It is a highly valuable technique that can save both money and time in product evaluation, troubleshooting, and research.The most frequently used NDT methods are Ultrasonic Testing, Radiographic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Penetrant Testing, Eddy current Testing, Visual/Optical Testing, Leak Testing.

Heat Treatment

Our comprehensive range of specialized services includes Preheating Treatment, Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT), on-site Welding, Casting Repair with Radiographic Testing, and advanced capabilities through our dedicated Central Workshop for Casting Repair and a fully equipped Welding Workshop. These services are delivered in accordance with international standards to meet the critical demands of industries such as oil & gas, energy, and heavy manufacturing.

NDT Level III Services

VTTS provides NDT Level III services in the field of Non Destructive Testing for the different application and sectors. We provide our services in ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, visual & eddy current testing, radiographic field interpretation and magnetic flux leakage. We provide specialized third party services to witness, procedure development, technique qualification and training and certification of NDT personnel.

Welding/Brazing Qualification

We offer comprehensive Welding Engineering Services, including the qualification of WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), PQR (Procedure Qualification Record), and WQT (Welder Qualification Test). These qualifications ensure that all welding and brazing procedures are properly validated by the fabricator before implementation, strictly adhering to applicable codes, standards, specifications, and specific customer requirements.
